Hi! Want to travel with kids? New to family travel? Already travelling with kids and researching your next trip?
You are in the right spot!
My name is Sharon. Along with my husband and kids, I travel the world as much as I can and write about it here, along with our other writers who are also experienced family travellers. Want to learn more about us?
My main goal on this site is to inspire you to travel – whether you are single with no kids or married with 5. It is all possible and simply amazing. This site is full of informative guides to help remove the fear factor in travelling with kids.
We hope to help you travel smarter, cheaper and better by sharing all our best tips and advice and by showing you that kids are not a barrier to travel. In fact, they make it even more rewarding.
We have travelled extensively with our young kids – from around our home country of Australia to a Deep South USA road trip from living in Malaysia to traipsing around Europe. Our kids have already had so many adventures and our oldest has just started school!
At the end of 2014, we set off indefinitely with the hope of growing this site and an online business so we could have a better lifestyle and see more of the world. We succeeded! You can read more about this quest here and our monthly updates here.
We returned back to Melbourne, Australia at the start of 2016 when our daughter started school but we both now work fully online. Our goal is to keep making Where’s Sharon the top family travel resource on the internet!
There are hundreds of articles on this site, so this page is to help you find some of our favourites and the most useful.
Read about more destinations here.
You can also read about where we plan to travel next in our bucket list. Let us know where you would like us to go!
We’d love it if you joined us on Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest and Instagram. You can also subscribe to receive all our best articles direct to your inbox.
We hope that you enjoy taking this journey with us. We always love to hear from you. In the meantime, enjoy your travels 🙂
